🩺What is NEET UG 2027?
NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test — Undergraduate) is India’s single national-level medical entrance examination, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the oversight of the National Medical Commission (NMC). It is the sole gateway for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS and all other undergraduate medical and allied health science courses across India.
NEET 2027 will be conducted as a pen-and-paper (OMR-based) offline exam across 550+ cities in India and select international centres. It is available in 13 languages including English, Hindi, and 11 regional languages. With over 25 lakh aspirants expected to appear for approximately 1.10 lakh MBBS seats, NEET 2027 will be one of the most competitive medical entrance exams in the world.

In 2023, the NMC released a rationalized NEET syllabus by removing topics from outdated or removed NCERT chapters. These topics will not appear in NEET 2027. Do not waste preparation time on them.
